Pacific Paws is amazing! My bull terrier comes home exhausted from hiking and playing all day and she is difficult to tire out!

My 2 big furry Siberian Huskies greet Michelle with a joyful howl when she arrives to pick them up. Michelle adjusts to my schedule when needed and demonstrates a sincere, dedicated, compassion for her clients. I have total peace of mind that my pups are safe, stimulated, and having a blast of a doggie daycare day.

Pacific Paw has been great. Michelle is an experienced walker and totally trustworthy. I had a family emergency and I didn't know what I was going to do with my dog so I called Pacific Paw and they took my pup without question and even came and picked her up so I could catch the next flight out! Great company.

I had Michelle watch my two large dogs for short and long periods of time. I found her to be a excellent dogsitter and house sitter. I could always trust her judgement when taking care of my pups. She was kind, very knowledgeable and the dogs loved her. I never had to worry about anything with Michelle when leaving town on business or pleasure.

I have trusted Pacific Paw to care for my 9 month old puppy numerous times and always will. They take your pets safety seriously and genuinely care about them. I have done some overnights and when I picked my pup up she was happy and you could tell she got lots of exercise!! Michelle's history and experience with dogs really makes Pacific Paw a unique service :)

Michelle is the BEST!!! We've used her for over 3 years, sometimes even last minute and she always goes out of her way to accommodate us. Our boys LIGHT UP when they see her and are all smiles when they get back. Couldn't recommend better dog care!

Michelle was the ONLY dog walking service that responded to our emergency while on our Hawaiian vacation. Super professional and saved the day for us in a real jam! Highly recommend her, feel completely safe leaving our pup with her!!

There isn't any person I'd trust more with my dog Meeka than Michelle and Jeff at Pacific Paw. They take my dog Meeka on different adventurous throughout the Santa Cruz region, and now I know some secret places to go with my dog! They're reliable, always communicates with me, and ensure that my hyper shepherd mix gets plenty of exercise and socialization. Meeka even seems better behaved now when I walk her now, thanks so much Michelle and Jeff. I'd absolutely recommend them.

Pacific Paw is AMAZING. 5 stars is not enough. We have been using Michelle's services for about a month now for our recently adopted, sweet and very energetic puppy Lucy! We've had her do hikes/daycare and last minute overnights. We were hesitant at first since we knew that she'd be a handful as she is going through all the stages of puppyhood. Michelle is absolutely wonderful with our pup, not only providing daily exercise through hikes but ongoing training and socialization as well. It was very clear right away that she loves what she does and it's not just a job. Lucy is always SO excited to see Michelle and comes home happy and tired which is a big plus. We are grateful that Lucy is part of the pack. As new dog parents with super busy conflicting schedules, we can't imagine trusting anyone else with the responsibility of caring for her now and for years to come! We totally recommend Pacific Paw to any other dog owners out there in a heartbeat :)

Michelle is amazing!! I've known Michelle for many years and did you know she speaks both English and Dog?! She is compassionate, trustworthy and professional. I simply wouldn't go to anyone else to care for my pets. Dogs absolutely love being around Michelle, it's almost as if she carries a piece of bacon in her pocket 24/7! Michelle goes above and beyond for all of her clients and you can't go wrong by choosing Pacific Paw for your dog walking or boarding needs. Michelle is wonderful, professional, sweet and very accommodating. We brought our 65lb. Pit mix with us for a short family trip to Santa Cruz. Due to trip complications, we ended up in a dog friendly hotel but still wanted to do some non dog friendly activities. Monday morning I called Michelle and left a message about our situation. Within 30 minutes she called me back and said she could drive over to our hotel and pick up our dog. First impression- amazing. She arrived and I instantly liked her and so did my dog. We chatted a bit and they were off to hike and have fun. Throughout the two days we received pictures and updates. Second impression- amazing. When she dropped my dog off after two days, he whimpered for her when she left. (Yes he was happy to be with his family too!!!). I could tell my dog had a great time. I highly recommend Michelle. When we return to Santa Cruz, I will bring my dog again just so he can see Michelle again - may sound cheesy but my dog is my third child. My others are 3 and 7. My dog is the most well behaved of the three so we love making him happy. We are so grateful he was so happy on our trip. Thank you Michelle.
